MARKETING SPECIALIST
Position Summary
The Marketing Specialist reports to the Vice President of Marketing and is responsible for copywriting, graphic designing, creating, and delivering marketing programs to support the growth of company products and services. The ideal candidate will be familiar CRM systems as well as Marketing Automation tools. Experience in payment processing and/or Software as a Service (SaaS) delivery channel, including concepts, practices, and procedures is a plus. A wide degree of creativity and latitude is expected including social media, web pages, and search copy.
Client Services Support
Position Summary
US Dataworks is looking for an energetic support technician to provide outstanding white-glove client experiences for our payment software products. Ideal candidates will be proactive, exemplify professionalism, and possess excellent written and verbal communication skills. Candidates must be able to adapt to a constantly changing environment while ensuring consistency and identifying process shortcomings for improvements. Individuals will have the ability to effectively manage multiple tasks simultaneously and have the ability to learn a broad range of software and technologies.
FIELD SALES MANAGERS (WEST, EAST, CENTRAL)
Position Summary
We are seeking seasoned candidates with successful outside sales experience to senior-level financial decision makers. This position is responsible for selling US Dataworks’ payment processing software products and services throughout the sales cycle, including making filed sales calls, identifying prospect business needs, developing customized solutions, creating/presenting proposals, effectively utilizing sales tools such as CRM system, reaching sales goals, and negotiating contracts to close the deal. We are seeking proven and talented Field Sales Managers (FSMs) to cover Central, East, and West sections of the United States. The FSMs report to the Senior VP of Sales and Channel Partners. Knowledge in the IT and financial services industry is strongly preferred.
Teriitory SALES MANAGERS (WEST, EAST, CENTRAL)
Position Summary
This position is responsible for selling US Dataworks’ payment processing software products and services throughout the sales cycle, including making outbound cold calls, identifying prospect business needs, developing customized solutions, creating/presenting proposals, effectively utilizing sales tools such as CRM system, reaching sales goals, and negotiating contracts to close the deal. We are seeking proven and talented Territory Sales Managers to cover Central, East, and West sections of the United States. This position reports to the Senior VP of Sales and Channel Partners.
SYSTEMS eNGINEER
Position Summary
The Systems Engineer is responsible for identifying and matching technology opportunities with the customer’s business issues and objectives, as well as channel partner training & enablement. The position assists in developing business value propositions around US Dataworks’ products and solutions. The position drives sales with technical expertise, account management skills, sales ability and a superior client focus. The Systems Engineer participates as part of the sales team to achieve or exceed revenue targets within a defined territory or multiple territories. The Systems Engineer uses professional concepts and company objectives to resolve complex issues in creative and effective ways. The Systems Engineer reports to the SVP of Sales & Channels and has a wide range of experience.
